Supports administration of the General Plan, Land Use Ordinance, permits, and inquires in unincorporated Utah County areas.
Supports administration/enforcement of building/safety codes, permit applications, plan reviews, and inspections in unincorporated Utah County areas.
Supports administration of commercial business licensing, home occupations, and solicitors licenses in unincorporated Utah County.

Agricultural Use Exemption
For structures used for "agricultural use" and "not for human occupancy" which are exempt from applicable building permit requirements.
Building Permit Application (All Projects)
Application for building permit. This application is required for permission to build.
Burn Permit Application
A Burn Permit is required to legally conduct controlled burns of vegetation (no garbage or construction waste) in unincorporated Utah County. A permit is not required for burning irrigation ditches and fence lines. ($10-20).

LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) Tank Construction Permit Application
An LPG Permit allows installation of a tank (above ground or below), safe storage, handling, and use of propane fuel for residential or commercial purposes. An inspection is required at the time of installation. ($65 +)
