Meeting Schedule & Purpose
The Utah County Planning Commission meets the third Tuesday of each month at 5:30 pm in Suite 1400 of the Utah County Administration Building located at 100 East Center Street, Provo, Utah, unless otherwise noticed and published.

Individuals who wish to submit a request to the Utah County Planning Commission must submit, to the Community Development Department, a completed application and pay the associated fee by 5:00 p.m. on the Monday, 28 days prior to the next regularly scheduled meeting.

Application for an extension on a previous Conditional Use application.
Conditional Use Permit
Planning Commission Application for uses listed as "Permitted Conditional Uses" in a specific zone.
Zone Map Amendment
An application to rezone a specific unincorporated area. (Requires approval by the Planning and County Commissions).
General Plan Amendment
An application to modify the language or map of the General Plan (requires approval by the Planning and County Commissions).
UCLUO Text Amendment
An application to modify the Utah County Land Use Ordinance. (Requires approval by the Planning and County Commissions).
